Service Description
No one ever complained about being too strong. Our Edge strength program focusses on safe and efficient methods in lifting free weights (big, barbell compound lifts) while developing functional movement, mobility and strength. Our program is designed to better you, not just wear you out. We train with a purpose - and that is to make you stronger and more functional in the long run, leading to a better quality of life. Each class focuses on different muscle groups and a variety of exercises, rep ranges, rest periods and sets. We will give you more time to work on heavier sets with better form covering 3-4 compound exercises per class. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter our coaches are ready to guide and push you to the Edge.
